Purina's new Pet Health app helps you keep your animal friends in top shape.

Our two-year-old daughter Leah adores our Shih Tzu, Gatsby. And he loves her too—for good reason. Whenever Leah decides she’s done with her own dinner, she simply feeds the leftovers straight into Gatsby’s mouth, even though we’ve already fed him his own meal.
Just about every night, Gatsby ends up eating about twice as much as what he needs—and it’s starting to show.
We know that, much as he loves our daughter’s food, obesity can shorten his lifespan. So we’re putting Gatsby on a diet and ramping up his daily exercise routine, using Purina’s free Health & Wellness app to monitor his weight, along with his health history.

We can also set up reminders on the Purina Pet Health App for vet visits and grooming appointments with the touch of a button, download exercise tips, locate nearby dog parks, and easily identify the nearest animal hospital if Leah feeds him something that doesn’t agree with his stomach.
The Health & Wellness App allows you to track health information and reminders for all the pets in your household, and is available for both the iPhone and Android operating systems. You can add details like a contact number for your vet, tips on your animals’ exercise routine, and medical details. This easy-to-use App provides a great way to stay on top of your pets’ health needs and keep them in tip-top shape.
