Brothers Guiliano and Claudio Stroe could be the world's strongest children.
Have you managed to do a few chin-ups in a row at your gym’s chin-up bar? Congratulations—now try doing them sideways, at a 90-degree angle.
If that sounds like a gravity-defying stunt to you, you obviously haven’t met Giuliano and Claudi Stroe, the seven- and five-year-old brothers from Galati, Romania, who are taking the fitness world by storm. Having started on a serious fitness and weightlifting regime at the age of two, the two boys are now stunning audiences all over the world with their impressive athletics. Giuliano already holds the world record for 90-degree vertical push-ups and “the human flag.”
The boys’ work-out routine is, unsurprisingly, heavily influenced by their father, Iulian, who’s a gym nut himself. Two years ago, he told an Italian paper that the older boy, Giuliano, “has been going to the gym with me ever since he was born. I always took him with me when I went training.”
Nonetheless, these kids still have the chance to act like kids when they tire of the gym. “He’s still only a child and if he gets tired or bored we go and play,” Iulian added.
