Record breaking ESA Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti gives us a very cool cooking demonstration. From space.
European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti will return to Earth on June 11th, along with NASA astronaut Terry Virts and Soyuz commander Anton Shkaplerov, having spent 200 days in space on the International Space Station. Upon return, Samantha will have beat the ESA record for single mission duration in space by five days! Two hundred days is a lot of days, and it is important to not only keep up your physical health with proper nutrition, but also your emotional health. Bonus food is supplied to each of the astronauts and includes space versions of his or her favorite meals.
